I worked with Seana Abdelmajid for the purchase and sale of my first investment property. Seana and her partner Katie Lemieux are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to real estate. They are investors themselves. They are super helpful, go above and beyond and get the job done. When it came to selling my property Seana would head up problems before I ever knew there was an issue. She would come to me, tell me what the issue was, told me she had a solution and it was already solved. I felt very supported during all my real estate transactions and they are my go to realtors. If you are looking to purchase or sell a house, Katie and Seana is who you need on your team as your realtors!!! About 3 months prior to us being ready to purchase, Katie video called us to educate us on the home buying process using a PowerPoint and walking us through step by step. When the time was right, both Katie and Seana started taking us to see properties based on our interest and what we could afford. Even with a competitive market, they did not give up and were determined to get us in a house that we would LOVE! In addition, they were professional, knowledgeable, and had our best interests at heart. We had such a wonderful experience with them that we would do it all over again! Katie and Seana have now become our friends and apart of our family.

Katie and Seana are two real estate rockstars! As a real estate agent myself I was struggling a few months ago with the sale of a condo in a very difficult community in Fort Lauderdale. I noticed that they had closed a unit in the same building and reach out to them for help! In a matter of seconds , they sent me all the hoa documents , insurance, loan officer info , everything they had to help me close my deal! And they kept on following up with me.
