There is so much growth, development and expansion happening in Pembroke Pines. D.R. Horton is creating Merrick Square which will consist of 3 - 4 bedroom townhomes with 1 car garages. They will be building a total of 211 units starting in 2021.
Tuscan Pines by Lennar is also constructing 58 townhomes.
