The Homeowner’s Agent is led by Katie Lemieux and Seana Abdelmajid, two professionals who bring complementary strengths, real estate investing experience, and a shared passion for helping people achieve financial freedom through real estate.

Our journey in real estate began as investors in 2013, long before building our residential real estate team. Through buying properties, renovating homes, managing rentals, and exploring different investment strategies, we gained real-world experience that shapes how we guide our clients today.

As of the end of 2025, we have helped clients complete more than 170 real estate transactions totalling over $75 million in sales, supporting families, homeowners, and investors across South Florida. Our team is also consistently recognized within our brokerage as top producers, top team performers, and top listing agents.

We work with single-family homes, condos, luxury residences, investment properties, and vacation homes. The team also assists with probate and estate sales, luxury transactions, and provides insight for clients building long-term wealth through real estate.

The Homeowner’s Agent team has experience in multiple real estate investment strategies, including buy-and-hold rentals, fix-and-flip renovations, long-term rentals, short-term vacation rentals, and new construction homes. Our experience also includes real estate syndications, private lending, and value-add property improvements before sale.

In addition to investments in Florida and beyond, we’ve been investors too. We’ve purchased properties/homes, managed or operated them, and gained real-world experience from it. As a result, we help clients evaluate local properties and related profits, risks, and challenges.

Seana Abdelmajid is a real estate probate professional (SRS/PSA/CDPE) with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals through property ownership and investment. With a strong background in sales, strategy, and negotiation, she helps her clients through complex real estate transactions and successful closings.

Katie Lemieux

Katie Lemieux

Katie Lemieux is a certified real estate probate specialist. Previously a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, she supports clients through complex situations with empathy and clear communication. Her expertise is especially valuable in probate, estate sales, divorce-related transactions, and family transitions.
